Help activating your account

If you have shopped with us before then you may already have an account awaiting activation. If you think this is the case then select 'need help accessing my subscription'. If you have not activated your account the 'Forgot your password or Create account' links will return an error. If you are in any doubt at all simply email us hello@proverbskin.com.

Accessing your subscription portal

If you simply want to access our subscription portal you can follow the link below ‘Manage Subscriptions?‘, simply enter your email associated with your subscription, you will then recieve a unique code to allow you to login and manage your subscription, no need to remeber passwords!

Please note if your Proverb Shopify account hasn't been activated and you click 'Forgot your password?' or 'Create account' these links will return an error.
