Apply a pumpkin seed size amount to the hands and pat onto slightly damp skin - after you cleanse and tone but before you moisturise. With another pumpkin seed size amount, apply to the neck. Always apply in an upward direction.
For dry, mature skins use every evening. For dehydrated skin use this superfood 2-3 x a week in your evening routine. Additionally, if the seasons are changing or you find your skin feels tighter or drier than usual, you can use this in the morning by mixing 2 drops into your Proverb moisturiser.
